Well, this is way overdue. We have been extremely busy with rehab, doctors visits, healing and adjusting to the new norm.
Noah is doing amazing. God is SO good. His knee surgery is now under his belt and rehab has been complete. The doctor released him for the next 3 months. His extension is almost at 100% ( which the doctor says is an ABSOLUTE WIN ). With a little more activity and his Dyna Splint ( once a day, an hour a day ), he will be there in no time.
Noah had his right arm procedure on August 19th. Dr. Graham was impressed with how far he had come over the past few months. The nerves in his arm were wiggling away and just waiting for a little " assistance ". This surgery should allow movement in the right arm
( which by the way is officially named George ) within the next 8 - 10 months. The nerve is the slowest healing " thing " in your body. We know God has big plans for Noah and what he is supposed to do and where he is supposed to be.
Noah has also received positive results from the Optometrist and Cardiologist with no additional appointments needed unless something should arise.
Noah has been to the dentist and his mouth and teeth look great. Even with the broken jaw and his mouth wired shut, our God keeps healing him all the way.
While Noah is on a path of full recovery, his sister Abigail was involved in a terrible car accident on August 27th. She was impacted on the drivers side which pinned her between the door and the center console. Her injuries included 16 breaks in the pelvis, hip and back. Her hip break also impacted her bladder and stomach. She was in ICU for over a week. She was released from the hospital on September 10 and has a long road to recovery. She is non weight bearing for 3 -4 months.
So now brother and sister are awaiting to see what journey God has them on. At this point they are traveling the road to recovery together and appreciate all your prayers.
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.
Hello ... this is Noah and I just wanted to thank you all for the love and support you have been giving me, sure have come a long way and I am forever thankful, God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
